Energy Performance Certificates

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are a legal requirement. They have been introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

Sellers are required to have commissioned an EPC before their property can be marketed and the EPC must be produced within 28 days. Once you have an EPC for your property, it remains valid for 10 years.
