Born in Middlesbrough and raised in Scotland, Luke settled in the Enfield/Cheshunt area in 2021, where he went on to elevate Christopher Stokes’ Land & New Homes department. Luke works directly with landowners, developers, and investors across Hertfordshire, Essex, and North London, helping to bring sites through from first conversation to sale, and matching new build schemes with the right buyers. His personable nature and genuine enjoyment of building relationships make him a natural fit for a side of property that’s as much about people and trust as it is about deals.
When he’s not out meeting landowners or walking a site, you’ll likely find him exploring the UK wilderness, climbing hills, camping, or racing down a mountain bike trail.
