Dean has lived in the Borough of Broxbourne all his life, giving him strong local knowledge and a real connection to the community. With a background in sales, marketing and advertising, he spent many years in local media, including as Head of Media Sales for the Hertfordshire Mercury, where he worked closely with local businesses and became an ambassador for the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.
Dean is married to Michelle and is a proud father of two, enjoying family life. Dean is a passionate sports fan – holding a Tottenham Hotspur season ticket for over 40 years, following a wide range of sports, and keeping active as a member of a local sports centre.
