Sam was born in Enfield and grew up in Cheshunt and has lived locally for most of her life. This is her second stint at Christopher Stokes, having rejoined in 2026 after a short career break. She has detailed local knowledge of the East Herts area and really enjoys advising people and answering their questions to help make their property journey as smooth as possible.
In her free time, Sam is an avid cold-water swimmer and can regularly be found at the Herts Young Mariners Base swimming in the lake in all weathers! She is also a fanatical Arsenal fan and enjoys watching most sports. When not at work, she loves travelling and going to gigs and events.
